Article 68
Vacancy of the office of the Vice-President
The office of the Vice-President shall be vacant in any of the following cases:-
(a) If he tenders his resignation in writing to the President,
(b) If the resolution of impeachment is passed against him in accordance with Article 101,
(c) on the expiry of his term of office,
(d) In case of his death.
